Die Helmuth von Glasenapp-Stiftung schreibt in Kooperation mit der Sektionsleitung Indologie und Südasienstudien der Deutschen Morgenländischen Gesellschaft einen Forschungspreis aus. Der Preis ist auf 2500.- Euro beziffert und beinhaltet eine Publikation des prämierten Beitrags in der ZDMG. Die Jury besteht aus Mitgliedern des Verwaltungsrates der Helmuth-von-Glasenapp-Stiftung und der Leitung der Sektion Indologie und Südasienstudien der DMG. Für die Teilnahme gibt es keine Begrenzung; allein Mitglieder von Vorstand und Verwal­tungs­rat der Helmuth von Glasenapp-Stiftung, Sprecher und stellvertretender Sprecher der Sektion in der DMG sowie Jurymitglieder sind ausgenommen.

Research Award of the Helmuth von Glasenapp Foundation In cooperation with the heads of the section of Indology and South Asian Studies of the Deutsche Morgenländische Gesellschaft, the Helmuth von Glasenapp Foundation announces a research award. The award includes prize money of 2500 Euros and entails the publication of the awarded article in the ZDMG. The jury consists of members of the administrative council of the Helmuth von Glasenapp Foundation and board members of the section of Indology and South Asian Studies of the DMG. Participation is not restricted in any way; only members of the board and administrative council of the Foundation as well as speaker and deputy speaker of the section are exempted.
